1. Reseller Agreement

By registering as a reseller with NewGodown, you agree to:

• Maintain the quality standards of our brand
• Not sell below the minimum reseller price
• Provide accurate customer information
• Make timely payments for orders

2. Commission Structure

You can set your selling price between the reseller price and MRP. Your profit is the difference between your selling price and the reseller price.

3. Referral Program

Earn rewards for every successful referral. Referred resellers must complete registration and place their first order for you to earn commission.

4. Store URL

Your chosen store URL is unique and cannot be changed once registered. Choose wisely!

5. Order Processing

All orders must be verified with payment proof. Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours after verification.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective products only.
